About Us

We are located about 30 miles south of Waco on State Hwy 6. We currently provide 911 service to all of Falls County, parts of Robertson County and provide mutual aid in Limestime, Milam, Bell, and McLennan Counties. We also provide transfer services to other State and Federal agencies.

We also have a state agreement to provide ambulances to the State of Texas for natural disasters, mass casualty incidents, as well as any other major operation within the State of Texas. 


W operate 2 BLS Units with MICU capabilities 24/7 as well as a back-up unit that is manned by On-Call crews.
