Our Operations Manager sees to the day-to-day operations, ensures compliance with state and federal guidelines, and also staffs an ambulance when needed. Our Office Manager is responsible for the daily billing of EMS calls, personel records, and monitoring paperwork compliance.

All of our crews are Certified by the Texas Department of State Health Services and have met all of the requirements setforth by the State of Texas. We staff EMT Basics, EMT Intermediates, and EMT Paramedics. We have 3 shifts of 6 24 hour employees, and 2 shifts of 16 hour employees. In addition to the full time employees, we continuously hire PRN employees to fill in for our full time employees.
